What size jobs does Tri-State Shredding do?

We can handle any size job from one box to trailer loads.

Does Tri-State Shredding supply locking containers for storage documents until I am ready for a pickup?

Yes, Tri-State Shredding has several containers from which to choose and all have a paper slot for easy, convenient disposal.

What if I only need to use a shredding service one time?

Tri-State Shredding can help you for a one-time service or if you need routine shredding, Tri-State Shredding can put you on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.

Do I have to remove rubber bands, staples, paper clips or other fasteners?

There is no need to remove fasteners of any kind.

Are there any restrictions on the color or type of paper I can place in the shredding security containers?

Sorting is unnecessary, all shredded material is baled and recycled.

Will I be billed at the job?

Tri-State Shredding will send you an invoice in the mail.

Do I receive any documentation at the completion of the shredding?

Yes, a certificate of destruction will be provided with the invoice.

What items need to be shredded for privacy protection?

Any paperwork containing personal information of clients, customers and/or employees should be properly disposed of when no longer needed. Some items include but are not limited to:
